Overview

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Trent Web Studio website and any website design, online presence, and monthly care services offered through it.

Trent Web Studio is operated by The Truly Disciplined. By using the website, requesting a quote, submitting business details, purchasing a service, or continuing with a paid project, you agree to these Terms.

Definitions

• Company, we, us, or our means The Truly Disciplined, operating the Trent Web Studio brand.
• Website means the Trent Web Studio website, currently accessible at https://trentwebstudio.com/.
• Service means the website setup, design, online presence cleanup guidance, monthly care, maintenance, support, and related services offered by Trent Web Studio.
• Customer, client, you, or your means the individual or business using the Website, requesting services, or purchasing services from us.
• Monthly Care means ongoing website care, hosting support, small updates, troubleshooting, and upkeep included in the recurring service description at the time of purchase.

Services Provided

Trent Web Studio provides services that may include website planning, website setup, website design, basic copy organization, mobile-friendly page structure, contact path setup, hosting support, domain connection support, and basic Google Business Profile cleanup guidance.

Monthly Care may include reasonable small edits, basic maintenance, hosting support, form/contact link checks, troubleshooting, and keeping the website handled according to the scope described at purchase or agreed in writing.

Advanced SEO, paid ads, social media management, ecommerce, booking systems, custom software, complex integrations, large redesigns, branding packages, photography, and major content rewrites are not included unless specifically agreed in writing.

No Ranking, Lead, or Revenue Guarantees

We make websites and online presence elements clearer, more credible, and easier for customers to use. However, we do not guarantee search rankings, Google Business Profile placement, phone calls, quote requests, sales, revenue, customer growth, or any specific business result.

Business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including market demand, competition, pricing, reviews, reputation, responsiveness, business operations, location, seasonality, advertising, third-party platforms, and customer behavior.

Orders, Payments, and Subscriptions

Paid services may be purchased through Stripe Checkout, Payment Links, invoices, or another payment method we make available. You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information and confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Unless a different written agreement applies, the starting payment covers the initial website setup/build and the first month of service as described at checkout. After that, Monthly Care renews automatically at the recurring price shown at checkout until canceled according to these Terms or any separate written agreement.

Prices, service names, and included features may change over time, but changes will not retroactively change a paid period already purchased.

Cancellations and Refunds

Unless otherwise stated in writing, there is no long-term lock-in for the standard Monthly Care service. You may cancel ongoing Monthly Care by emailing [email protected]. We ask for 30 days notice so active work, hosting, domain, or transfer details can be handled cleanly.

Initial setup/build payments may become non-refundable once work has started, because time, planning, design, setup, and technical work begin shortly after purchase. Monthly care payments are generally not refunded for time periods already started, unless we choose otherwise at our discretion or a separate written agreement says otherwise.

If Monthly Care is canceled, hosting support, maintenance, updates, troubleshooting, and included care stop at the end of the paid/cancellation period. Website transfer, domain transfer, export, or handoff work may require a separate agreement or fee depending on the setup.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate business information, contact details, service details, images, logos, reviews, testimonials, legal notices, licensing claims, prices, policies, and other content you want included on your website.

You represent that you have the right to use any content, logos, photos, testimonials, trademarks, business names, or materials you provide to us. You are responsible for reviewing drafts and notifying us about inaccurate, outdated, misleading, unlawful, or unauthorized content.

You are also responsible for your business operations, customer service, claims, pricing, licenses, permits, insurance, professional obligations, and compliance with laws that apply to your business.

Third-Party Services

The Service may involve third-party tools, services, platforms, or providers such as payment processors, domain registrars, hosting providers, email tools, analytics tools, Google Business Profile, map listings, form tools, or website deployment platforms.

We do not control third-party platforms and are not responsible for outages, policy changes, account restrictions, ranking changes, review removals, billing changes, or service limitations caused by third parties.

Content and Intellectual Property

The Trent Web Studio website, designs, text, structure, processes, and other materials we create or provide are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you may use the final paid website deliverables for your own business after payment is complete and while any required ongoing service terms are satisfied. You may not resell, redistribute, copy, or reuse our templates, code, drafts, designs, or process materials as a competing service without written permission.

You retain ownership of materials you provide to us, subject to the license you grant us to use them for providing the Service.

Termination

We may refuse, suspend, or terminate services if a payment fails, a chargeback is opened, requested work is unlawful or deceptive, required information is not provided, you misuse the Service, or you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your access to active work, maintenance, hosting support, updates, or related services may end. Any outstanding amounts remain due unless waived in writing.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trent Web Studio and The Truly Disciplined will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost business opportunities, search ranking changes, platform issues, or interruption of business.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Website or Service is limited to the amount you paid to us for the Service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim arose.

Website Disclaimer

The Website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.

Information on the Website is for general informational purposes and may be changed or removed at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
